Healthy arrival guarantee

Every live plant is backed by our 14-day "No Questions Asked" replacement guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the plant and packaging.

Eligible items

• Live plants — replacement or store credit
• Pots, tools, and soil — unused, in original packaging within 7 days
• Seeds — unopened packets within 14 days
